How can I find an order reference that I no longer have?
Check messages about fulfillment or support that may quote the original order. Do not submit a fresh order solely to obtain a new reference.
What should I clarify if an offer has location restrictions?
Do not assume seeing the page establishes eligibility to purchase. Review any relevant limitation before completing the transaction.
How can I check how and when my purchase will be provided?
Ask the seller when the meaning of a status label is unclear. Do not infer a fixed timeframe from another customer's experience.
